1. Parties
a) meteplastic.us is operated by METE PLASTIC INDUSTRY AND CO. INC located at TOBB Trade Center Inc. 11417IL19, FranklinPark, IL60131, /Chicago/United States. (Hereinafter referred to as “meteplastic.us”).
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the meteplastic.us website (“Member”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions of benefiting from the meteplastic.us website owned by meteplastic.us by the Member.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during the membership registration to the meteplastic.us website is accurate in the eyes of the law, and will compensate meteplastic.us for any damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
- The Member cannot share their password provided by meteplastic.us with any other person or organization; the right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. meteplastic.us reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages arising from unauthorized use.
- The Member agrees in advance to comply with legal regulations while using the meteplastic.us website and acknowledges that any breach of these provisions will result in legal and criminal liabilities solely binding the Member.
- The Member cannot use the meteplastic.us website in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, or infringes on the intellectual and copyright of others. Additionally, the Member cannot engage in activities that prevent or hinder others from using services (spamming, viruses, trojans, etc).
- The ideas and thoughts expressed, written, or used by Members on the meteplastic.us website are solely the personal views of the Members. meteplastic.us has no responsibility for any damages that may arise from the opinions expressed by Members or by third parties.
- meteplastic.us will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to Member data and any damages caused to Member software and data. The Member accepts in advance that they will not claim compensation from meteplastic.us for any damages caused by using the website.
- The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Any resulting legal and criminal liabilities will rest solely with the Member.
- A Member who violates one or more of the articles stated in this membership agreement will be personally liable for this violation and shall keep meteplastic.us free from the legal and criminal consequences of such violations.
- meteplastic.us reserves the right to delete a Member's membership unilaterally at any time and to delete the member's files, documents, and information. The Member accepts this provision in advance and meteplastic.us assumes no responsibility in this regard.
- The software and design of the meteplastic.us website are the property of meteplastic.us and are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights by relevant laws; they cannot be used, acquired, or modified by the Member without permission.
- meteplastic.us may collect various information for the improvement and enhancement of meteplastic.us in accordance with legal regulations, such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- meteplastic.us may use Members' personal information in studies tailored to users' preferences and interests to improve their services and provide better service to users. meteplastic.us reserves the right to keep a record of the actions of the member on the meteplastic.us website.
- The member acknowledges and agrees to receive promotions, advertisements, campaigns, surveys, and other customer satisfaction applications from meteplastic.us and its affiliated companies. The member consents to the collection and sharing of their personal and shopping information for these purposes.
- meteplastic.us may disclose personal information when legally obliged or in cases deemed necessary to protect its rights and properties, or to comply with legal processes.
- meteplastic.us takes necessary precautions to ensure that the website is free from viruses and similar software. However, the Member is responsible for providing their virus protection system; meteplastic.us is not liable for any errors resulting from the Member's software and operating systems.
- meteplastic.us reserves the right to change the content of the site or any user service or to delete registered user information at any time.
- meteplastic.us may change, update, or terminate the terms of this membership agreement without prior notice. All modified or updated provisions will apply to all members as of the publication date.
- Both parties agree that all computer records of meteplastic.us will be considered as the sole and conclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Law.
- meteplastic.us has the authority to send informative emails to its Members' registered email addresses and SMS notifications to their mobile phones. By approving this membership agreement, the Member consents to the receipt of these messages.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by meteplastic.us. meteplastic.us may terminate the agreement unilaterally if the Member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
5. Dispute Resolution
In disputes related to this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall be authorized.
6. Effectiveness
The Member’s registration signifies that all articles of the membership agreement have been read and accepted. This agreement is formed and mutually binding upon the moment the Member registers.
