The "Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency Platform Project", which started in 2022 and was carried out in partnership with SKD Turkey and ISO, two important institutions that have implemented numerous projects for the transformation of the Turkish business world, was closed on Monday, August 14.
Within the scope of the project, which aims to increase resource efficiency and circularity in the textile, plastic and white goods sectors and value chains in Istanbul industry; one-on-one analysis, consultancy and training services were provided to companies on issues related to the EU Green Deal, such as circular economy, resource efficiency in the value chain, sustainability and clean production.
Mete Plastik, one of the sector representatives, achieved another success by receiving a certificate of appreciation at the closing event, which was also attended by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Ministry of Trade.
